Long connection time

The connection takes a long time to establish.
Description
The time the user had to wait from accepting the call until media connections got established shouldn’t be long. If we notice that this takes a considerably long time, we put out this Observation.
You should analyze which step in the connection setup is taking the time in order to understand what could go wrong. A few potential possibilities:
- Recipient answered late
- A DTLS issue
- ICE negotiation takes a long time to establish
- TURN servers aren’t responding properly
- ...
What do we do here?
We compute the connection time (time from the first setLocalDescription or setRemoteDescription to the connection establishment event) and we mark it as an observation if the time is > 2500 ms.
