From month 2, the free plan keeps the raw session view (connection timeline, ICE, and audio/video charts) without the Experience Score, Observations, Deductions, or AI summaries.
Yes. Credit top-up packs come in three sizes: 5,000 credits for $100, 50,000 credits for $500, and 500,000 credits for $2,500. Top-up credits never expire, so you can use them whenever you need them. Contact us to purchase extra credits.
You won't lose access to your existing analyses - you just can't upload new sessions until credits refresh next month. You can upgrade your plan or purchase a credit top-up pack at any time to keep going.
For monthly subscriptions, we support PayPal subscription payments. Yearly plans can be paid via wire transfers and credit cards.
