How to make the most out of rtcstats.js and rtcstats-server.
rtcStats offers powerful open source components for collecting and storing WebRTC related statistics (rtcstats-js and rtcstats-serverhttps://github.com/rtcstats/rtcstats).

- Everything Bronze Support offers
- Have an rtcStats team members in your dedicated Slack channel to be in touch directly with your team
- SLA of 24 hours response time (on working days)
Gold Support Package
- Everything Silver Support offers
- Allows asking questions (via Slack or ticketing system) on generic guidance on the use of rtcStats, the results, actions to take based on the data collected, etc.
- This enables more advanced guidance and necessitates more involvement from rtcStats engineers
- We don’t write code or documentation - we simply point you in the right direction and offer guidance
Consulting Package
- Fixed project with agreed upon deliverables and timeline
- Based on statements of work (SOW), per the customer’s specific needs
