Purchasing additional credits
How to purchase additional credits when the need arise.
Did we mention we're still a small startup? So we are. And we're prioritizing feaures for troubleshooting over reducing payment friction (stupid - we know).
Today, in purchase additional credits you'll need to speak to us directly. By speaking we mean the new form of speaking - simply by using the chat widget on the bottom right corner of the screen or just by contacting us via email.
A few things to note here:
- You can only purchase additional credits if you are on one of our paid plans. You can find our plans on our Pricing page
- Additional credits stay with you for as long as you have a paid plan
- Additional credits will only be used once your monthly credits are depleted
- Their price depends on the number of credits you plan on purchasing
- Plan ahead to make sure you have enough credits to use
